General Instructions
- Every student must have his/her own school diary to note daily assignments and other instruction from the teachers to be worked out during assignment period
- Students should be decent, courteous and polite all times while they are in the class or in the school premises.
- Students should be orderly and disciplined at the time of assembling for prayer and also other functions.
- Students are prohibited to go out of school premises during school hours without the permission of the principal.
- Students should respect the beauty and cleanliness of the school and take at most care to promote the same.
- Speaking in any other language except English is strictly forbidden in school premises.
- Students are responsible for their belonging and the school can’t be held responsible for their jewellery, money etc. Lost by them.
- Scribbling on Books, Desks and walls is strictly prohibited and liable to find.
- Irregular attendance and constant negligence of studies will be severely dealt with.
- Immorality, Bad conduct, gave insubordination, contempt of authorities or wilful damage to property is always a sufficient reason for immediate dismissal.
- Unit-tests, assignments and terminal exams are obligatory for all students. No one should be absent from an examination by test. If a student is absent from a test or examination, a re-test or re-examination will not be allowed. They will carry no marks for weight age in final exams.
Examination Rules
- Silence should be maintained inside the examination hall.
- Every Student should have his/her own belongings pen, pencil, eraser, ruler, geometry box, cardboards, etc. No electric gadgets allowed in the examination hall. They will not be allowed to borrow anything inside the examination hall.
- No student will be allowed to leave the examination hall before the warning bell. It will be rung 15 minutes before the examination ends.
- Students will not be allowed to carry any extra books or copies inside the examination hall.
- If any student is found practising any unfair means, he/ she will be expelled from the examination hall.
- All the additional papers should contain the invigilator’s signature and the Roll No. of the concerned student.
- No re-test will be conducted for any student failing to be present on the examination days.
- Delay in payment of fees debars a pupil from sitting for any examination.
- 75% attendance is essential to be eligible to appear in the Annual Examination. 15% attendance may be condoned at the discretion of the principal only on medical grounds.

Library Rules
Some general rules are laid down for the smooth functioning f the library and the protection and preservation of the library books and property. These are:- All Students of the School are the members of the library.
- Strict discipline and silence shall be maintained in the library.
- A Student shall be allowed to borrow only one book at a time from the library.
- Library books shall be issued to the students during the library period, and not in any other period.
- Students shall have to return the library books after a week, i.e. during the next library period, and not at any other time.
- Students who fail to return the library books during the library period of the following week shall be fined Rs.5/ – per day for a week, i.e. until the next library period during which the book can be returned.
- Students shall be fully responsible for the book borrowed by them from the library. Books lost or damaged or soiled must be replaced or compensated by paying two times of its cost.
- Marking, underlining, dog-earing or cutting-out pages of the books are strictly prohibited, and shall be liable to be punished and heavily fined.
- Text books, reference books, journals and periodicals shall be read in the library, and are not meant for home reading.
- Library books shall have to be returned before the Vacations.
- The librarian shall recall a book at any time for special reasons or in case of an emergency.
- A ‘No Due Certificate’ shall have to be obtained from the Librarian while withdrawing any student from the School.
